Water Testing

Regularly testing your fish tank water is paramount to the health and well-being of your fish and other aquatic animals. Too much ammonia is toxic and can result in your fish dying, while too little calcium will hurt your coral. Even the incorrect pH balance can kill your fish. Want to test your parameters and make sure everything is on target? Bring in a sample of your water for our expert staff to test, and they will walk you through the results. No matter the result of your water, our store has a variety of supplies to help balance or add to your aquarium.

Water Supply

We know getting the perfect mix of water and nutrients can be tough when you’re first starting out. That’s why we mix up vats of Brightwell® and Instant Ocean® saltwater, as well as RODI water, every day for our customers. So feel free to come on in and purchase your fresh supply of perfectly mixed and purified water!

Have a fish not adapting to your tank? Or downsizing to a new location? Well at Gerber’s we offer various trade in options. The most popular option is our in-store credit option. Feel free to call ahead and speak with one of our staff members about whether this option might work for you. Bring your merchandise in and receive in store credit towards another purchase. *We cannot quote any prices over the phone. All quotes must be given in person to properly assess all merchandise.
